Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to use of the SAM platform and related services provided by Innovare, Inc. and Innovare GmbH ("InnovareAI," "we," "us," or "our").

General rule

You may not use the Services in a way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, invasive of privacy, or disruptive to InnovareAI, third parties, platforms, networks, or individuals.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services to:

  • violate applicable privacy, data protection, marketing, anti-spam, consumer protection, employment, platform, or communications laws;
  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive messages, phishing messages, or fraudulent communications;
  • impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent identity, affiliation, authorization, or message origin;
  • scrape, collect, enrich, or process personal data unlawfully;
  • submit special categories of personal data, sensitive personal information, children's data, health data, financial account data, government identification numbers, criminal conviction data, or similar highly sensitive information unless expressly agreed in writing;
  • target individuals in a discriminatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, or exploitative manner;
  • promote illegal products, illegal services, malware, weapons, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or other harmful activity;
  • generate or send content that is defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful;
  • bypass opt-outs, suppression lists, unsubscribe requests, rate limits, platform restrictions, or security controls;
  • interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorization;
  • use the Services to develop competing products through unauthorized benchmarking, scraping, or reverse engineering;
  • use AI outputs without appropriate human review where legal, ethical, or platform compliance requires review.

Outreach and communications rules

Customers are responsible for ensuring that outreach, email, LinkedIn, and other communications sent through or supported by the Services comply with applicable laws and platform rules, including where applicable GDPR, ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM, CASL, CCPA/CPRA, and professional network terms.

Customers must maintain appropriate lawful basis, notices, consents where required, suppression lists, unsubscribe mechanisms, and opt-out handling.

Enforcement

InnovareAI may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, limit functionality, notify affected parties or authorities, or take other appropriate action where we reasonably believe this AUP has been violated.
