Sub-processors

This page lists sub-processors that InnovareAI uses to provide the SAM platform and related services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Data Processing Agreement.

Corporate, website, and operational providers
Providers used for InnovareAI's own website, analytics, support, CRM, email, finance, accounting, legal, and corporate operations are described in our Privacy Policy unless they process Customer Personal Data on behalf of customers in connection with the Services.
Updates and objections
InnovareAI will provide at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes Customer Personal Data in connection with the Services. Notice may be provided by email, in-product notice, update to this page, or another reasonable method.
Customers may object to a new or replacement sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds within the notice period, as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
