Plans, billing, invoices and canceling
Compare Sam's plans, manage your payment method, download invoices, cancel, and see what happens when a trial ends.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

See your plan
- In Sam, click Settings.
- Under Account & Billing, click Subscription.
- The Manage Subscription window shows your Plan, Status, Billing Cycle, and Trial Ends or Next Billing date.
Update your card
- Open Settings > Subscription.
- Under Quick Actions, click Manage Subscription.
- Sam opens secure billing in Stripe. Update your payment method there.
Change your plan
To move between Starter, Entrepreneur and Team, email support (at) innovareai (dot) com from your account email.
Download invoices
- Open Settings > Subscription.
- Click View Invoices.
- Sam opens your billing history in Stripe, where you can download each invoice.
Cancel
- Open Settings > Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- In Stripe billing, choose to cancel your plan.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then it ends. Until then, the Manage Subscription window shows a Cancels On date.
When your trial ends
To keep Sam running, add a card before your trial ends. You'll see Add your card with the message "Add a card to keep Sam running after your trial." Click Continue to secure checkout.
If your trial ends without payment:
- Your campaigns are paused.
- Your LinkedIn is disconnected.
- You can reactivate. Go to Reactivate Sam, click Continue to secure checkout, then reconnect LinkedIn.
If your old workspace data has already been erased, you can start again. Payment creates a new, empty workspace at your original sign-up price. There is no new trial. Reconnect LinkedIn afterward.
