Connect Sam to Claude

You can work with Sam directly inside Claude. You sign in with your own Sam account. There is no key to create.

Sam works on Claude's paid plans.

Before you start

Copy your Sam connector address. In Sam, open Settings > AI assistants (MCP) > Connect Claude and click Copy address. The address is:

Add the connector

1. In Claude, open Customize in the left sidebar, then Connectors. You can also go straight to claude.ai/customize/connectors.
2. Click + Add, then Add custom connector.
3. Name: Sam. Paste the Sam address, then click Add.
4. Click Connect. Sign in to Sam if asked.
5. Pick your workspace and click Allow.

New to Sam? On the sign-in screen, click New to Sam? Start your free trial.

What you approve

The consent screen lists five groups:

• Read your Sam data.
• Set up your workspace.
• Build audiences (uses your LinkedIn search allowance).
• Edit campaigns, prospects, comment drafts and the profiles Sam watches.
• Contact people and share lists: launch campaigns, send replies, post comments and share lists with clients, each one approved by you.

Allowing the connector does not approve any send. Every campaign launch and every reply needs your approval of the exact action.

When Sam adds new abilities

1. In Claude, open Sam in Customize > Connectors.
2. Choose the ... menu and click Refresh tools list.

If Sam asks you to reconnect for newer access, reconnect and approve the updated consent screen.

Manage or disconnect

In Sam, open Settings > AI assistants (MCP) > Connect Claude. Under Your assistant connections, you can see each connection and disconnect it.

A connection that has not been used for 90 days stops working. Reconnect Sam to continue.
