Connect your LinkedIn account

Connect your LinkedIn account to Sam, and learn what Free, Premium and Sales Navigator accounts change.

Sam works through your own LinkedIn account. Nothing is sent without your approval.

Connect from Sam settings

In Sam, click Settings in the left sidebar.
Under Communication Channels, click LinkedIn.
Click Connect LinkedIn Account.
A popup opens. Sign in to LinkedIn and complete any security check LinkedIn asks for.
When you see Connected, you're done.

If your browser blocks the popup, allow popups for Sam and try again.

Connect from Claude or ChatGPT

Ask Sam: "Connect my LinkedIn." Sam gives you a secure connection page. Open it, sign in to Sam and complete the LinkedIn sign-in yourself. You can also ask "Is my LinkedIn connected?" to check the status without changing anything.

Free, Premium and Sales Navigator

Sam works with any LinkedIn account. Your plan changes what searches can do and how much you can send.

Search allowance

Every LinkedIn search, list import and profile lookup uses your connected account's search allowance. Sam tells you when a request will use it.

If Sam asks you to reconnect

LinkedIn sessions can expire. If you see Reconnect Required, open Settings > LinkedIn and click Reconnect LinkedIn Account. Campaigns can't send and messages can't sync until you reconnect.
